hmmmm seems like the OP aka Fl0mo number 1 just started a thread to poke fun at Pac while pretending to give Pac respect. Typical.
      Anyways
      Oscar de la hoya
      Somewhat Victor Ortiz
      Shane Mosley
      Ricky Hatton
      probably Sergio Martinez
      Michael Spinks
all I can think of at the moment

Pacquiao got flattened for sure but many forget he was winning the fight and it looked like he was going to KO Marquez. Now that Marquez got the ending he wanted he won't risk another fight with Pacquiao for any amount of money. Spinks retired after his KO by Tyson. Oscar retired after Pacquiao stopped him. Hatton retired after Pacquiao flattened him. Vasquez retired after Marquez stopped him in their forth fight. As a matter of fact it is often a bad KO loss that convinces a past prime ex champion to retire.

I take issue with this post. Pac was likely ahead on the cards, but to say with any confidence that Pac was "on his way to knocking him out" is folly.

Of the two, who had been KO'd before? Pac.

JMM was never on his way to doing anything except what he ended up doing.

As to the thread topic, I agree that Pacquiao should be lauded for getting right back on the proverbial horse and against a good (mind that I did not say elite) fighter to boot.

However I also agree with the Pact@rd above that thinks the TS is trolling, but also believe that he'd do the same thing if it were Floyd that had recovered admirably from being KO'd.
