I've seen long-term career trolls saying that without getting banned for years, so, yeah. Just my observation. I guess you had bad luck with a mod. I'm surprised, actually.

He's correct, it's not a one-sided thing. And sometimes, some people get away with garbage for unknown reasons. They aren't spotted. But eventually, they are spotted and banned swiftly. But the bans are temporary, and go unnoticed by many like yourself. And then those users return and gradually return to their old disgraceful ways.

Relative peanuts? You do realize China will have a bigger economy than the US within a few years and it's not going to slow down. They have 3x's the population of the US and they make all of our robot parts. There is no possible way we can keep up, they will be the #1 super power if they aren't already.
