Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach is very annoyed with what he believes to be arrogance from Chris Algieri, who vowed to dominate WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao on Saturday night at the Venetian in Macau, China.

Roach is also tired of hearing about Algieri being the "Real Rocky" and how Algieri is a superstar in the making. The veteran coach is expecting Pacquiao to overwhelm and stop Algieri inside the distance.

I share the same views, Algiere is very arrogant and ****y. I think he should have just accepted the fight, train his ass off and showed up to give Manny hell, hoping that Manny underestimates him, but he is going to get Monolo now. I've been watching his interviews and training vids, and dude is going to be a problem if Manny doesn't control him right away. Like roach said, Algiere has not faced an experienced fighter like Monolo, like I've said in previous post's - Manny just beat a top p4p in Timmy Bradley - Bradley is in the same type of shape as Algiere but a far more accomplished fighter - This one is all on Manny.

Yawwwwwn! Can someone wake me when the Pacquiao hype train finally leaves the station? This is 2014... not 2004. Pac & Roach are yesterdays news and mainland mainstream fans are over it already. We all know who the only people who support Pac are and they are not mainstream fans, only watch 1-2 fights per year on PPV. There is a reason Pac no longer fights in the US and this is because there is 0 demand.
