When a three-card fight that you have to pay for goes head-to-head with a free three-card fight, the promoters of the PPV should make sure the PPV is better than the free fight.

Top to bottom, Showtime's fights were better than HBO PPV's. OF course, Tito-Mayorga was light years ahead of the Wlad spectacle, but the two Showtime undercards would have been a decent card in and of themselves.

Yea but you couldnt tell that from seeing him beat up the poor guy from the North Dakota Indian reservation. That was like Zab mugging a guy on the street.

but the reality is, most people are only concerned with the main events, and the undercard fights are simply filler. I know you pay for your PPV's, i do too, i do wish they had better undercards, but i also realize, that what im paying for is the main event, and as long as their is at least 1 or 2 decent undercard fights or at least a KO in those fights, im satisfied. But undercards are simply a bonus, i still think you are paying for the main event, and that promoters have to save SOMETHING for the free fights they show on HBO/Showtime
