I've always said Manny should never weight-in above 144... I think his best weight is 142-143... even if his opponents weight-in at 47' in the future, he should stay at 142-43... I'd like to see how his speed is at this point and at the lighter weight...

i think he came in heavier when he was fighting guys at 147 so he can take their punches more. u gotta remember if he comes in light, around 142-143, he'll be a lot faster but then his punch resistant might suffer and he wont be able to take hits from the bigger guys.

He's still a 140lbs fighter at best. The fact that he can compete with guys that blow up as big as 170lbs (Margarito), says insane amount of how great of a fighter he is.

WAR PACQUIAO!!! I so wish it was Provodnikov who he was facing this Saturday... Style wise, that would have been such an amazing matchup. Crazy war. But Algieri the thief stole the belt so now all we can hope is to see him get brutally battered and assaulted and pay for his crime.

You use the official weight for Pacquiao but the fight night weight for Margarito. Of course the reason for this is to make the weight difference bigger than it actually was. Pacquiao weighed 151 for the JMM fight.

Pac weighed 145 fight night with Margarito (who weighed 167 iirc).

Pacquiao hasn't weighed 145 on fight night since his 130 days.

It's no wonder why Floyd Mayweather Jr. is ducking Manny Pacquiao after Saturday night's lopsided win.

                    Pacquiao weighed 148, Margarito 165.
