Bob is always close to making the fight, right before Manny fights someone else, then tomorrow he'll say Mayweather doesn't want the fight, then the next day he's turning down an offer, then finally he'll be asked if the fight is on, and he'll say "Nope. Absolutely not!"

I'm actually starting to believe more and more what Floyd-worshipers say when they say Arum really doesn't want the fight.

This is just a dumb comment. He's unilaterally talking venue when Manny is no longer on equal footing with Floyd. Floyd is the A-Side, so this fight will never be made. There was a much better chance of making the fight when Manny-Floyd was a 50-50 split... since it's no longer that anymore... this fight will never happen.

I mean Arum turned down $40 mil plus 35% of PPV.... Arum would rather use Manny to gain control over future opponents... Here's the blog I read it on:

I really hope that Manny doesn't get a "cut" in the Algieri fight...because then we'll need time for that to heal also...

Manny wants the fight but Arum clearly has shown he'd rather use Manny to lure other fighters into signing with Top Rank or giving Top Rank options in order to get a shot at Manny... Even Algieri has an option on him if he wins... Marquez, Mosley etc. would not have signed with Top Rank without the Manny fight...

I actually think it's funny that the B-Side promoter is talking venue...

The deal is on the table for May 2, 2015 at the MGM..for $40 million plus 35% in PPV... coming off the past few PPV performances numbers-wise that's a good deal for Manny...

Arum needs to start getting at least as much blame as Floyd's side for not making this fight happen...

The only one who I know wants the fight to happen is Manny...
