Anyone else think Algieri has bitten off more than he can chew?

Ive read threads all weak about the upcoming fight, and mostly ppl are basically rooting out any chance for pac winning.

Everyone including Algieri himself are praising him for being some sort of technical masterpiece who is going to dominate, did you guys forget pac is still very good ?

Not to mention this Algieri kid is so corny and full of himself, he is walking and talking as if he has already beaten Pac. I think he is honestly getting as klitshcko would say about haye " a reality rehab" on saturday. I think this kid is good but he is just in over his head. He will get pummeled and bruised and maybe fall.

Pac is always quiet and doesnt say much before a fight but then beats you up.

Algeri is a decent fighter who's been really blown up through the media. Manny doesn't fight like Provodnikov, he's never faced anything like what's coming at him this Saturday, he's not going to have time to think and get overwhelmed.

You have it right. Pacquiao is a huge step up from Ruslan and I thought Ruslan beat Algieri. I don't think many fans give Algieri a chance to win. Why should they? Algieri's strengths are speed, footwork and boxing skill. Pacquiao is much faster, a much better boxer and has better footwork than Algieri. Pacquiao hits very hard with both hands while Algieri is not a hard puncher. Pacquiao chases him down and knocks him out in 7 rounds or less in a one sided fight. Pacquiao hasn't scored a KO in years because he has been fighting guys with iron jaws that don't get knocked out. Algieri has a decent chin but no iron jaw so he gets KOed in my opinion.
