Respectfully, Manny says he wants the fight when he has a fight signed or Floyd is fighting someone else. When Manny's fight is over he says-talk to my promoter. when a deal is forwarded he and his team refuse it. At what point do Manny's actions speak louder than his words?

There was never any deal forwarded. Only a 40 flat fee. No % of ppv profits for biggest fight ever. Obviously that was intended to be rejected. The fight would gross over 300, no doubt

Also, wasnt that floyd calling manny. Not arum, no Haymon involvmt? Not really a negotiation, more of a way for floyd to say, " I offered him 40 mil, more than he ever made and he turned it down". ANYONE that knows the business of boxing knows that offer wasn't really an offer

Intended to be rejected-come on dude. Floyd took short, short money for ODH, Kovalev took short, short money for cleverly. Lets stop acting like Manny is too good to do this.

Take the short money for the chance to earn more down the road. the main reason you don't is you are afraid you will lose.

Lets stop blaming the size of the offer and start looking at the decision of the men who keep refusing them.

Pacquiao is an overwhelming favorite to win his defense. He is discussing the serious possibility of moving down to junior welterweight. The fight with Algieri is happening at a catch-weight of 144-pounds.

The Filipino star is willing to stick around at welterweight for a single opponent, WBC/WBA champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.

I wonder why Pac wants to go down in weight class. The elite junior welterweights are trying to move up. Welterweight is where the action is. He should fought Algieri for the junior title then.

longevity. not sure when his contract is up but he's probably gone 2016 by the latest. continuing to fight bigger men even with his speed advantage will take too much of a toll. i think Roach probably encouraged it. another is the lack of knockout and stoppage wins which have somewhat hurt his standing with media and fans.

a knockout gives you a different perception of a boxer. Imagine if Pacquiao had knocked out Rios and Bradley, what the difference in opinion would be.

                    THE FACTS ARE:
Manny's first promoter admitted that he purposefully kept Manny from fighting Floyd Mayweather because he feared Floyd would "beat the daylights out of Manny" here is the exact quote "You got Mayweather, an African American that don't give a damn that's a faster fighter than Pacquiao is. I think he would have beat the daylights out of Pacquiao, but I knew what I was doing by avoiding those types of fights for Pacquiao".- Murad Mohammed (Pacquiao's promoter B4 ARum)

Manny signed with Golden Boy and they proposed Manny vs Floyd and manny went to court to get out of the contract then signed with Arum who thought the world of his former fighter heres the quote"I say this to you today and I really believe it and its true, that since Ali, there hasn’t been a better fighter, better boxer than Floyd Mayweather. This young man has the teqhnique and the ability which puts him in my book ahead of such greats as Sugar Ray Leonard, Roberto Duran, Marvin Hagler and all the other great fighters that I’ve seen in my career. And there is NOBODY that combines all the skills of Floyd mayweather." -BOB ARUM

then all of a sudden bob doesnt want manny in the ring with Floyd, wonder why?
here is proof Pacquiao's inner circle agree with what Alex Ariza first told FightHype readers over two years ago; that Bob Arum and Michael Koncz are preventing a mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao from taking place
alex ariza stated the same thing again earlier this year prior to the 2nd Floyd/ Maidana fight
On jan 21, 2014 Floyd directly called manny and manny has verified this call and what was said (check youtube) If he really wanted the fight he could've agreed right then. thoughout the history of boxing in order for a big fight to be made someone has to take the short money and they make it up later (see floyd vs Dela Hoya) thats how he got to this stage, he took the short money and used the gloves dela hoya wanted him to use, in order to make the fight. And it has paid off never mind the not taking a drug test excuse, MANNY OR HIS PROMOTER HAS BEEN DUCKING THIS FIGHT FOR A LONG TIME AND THERE IS PROOF OF IT. <<<< ETHER
