Yeah he is boxing wise. He beat cotto and if he fights canelo it would be the same as pac/Rios. Maidana and Guerrero are just flat footed brawlers who only look good when they fight somebody who stands in front of them

A lot of fans not of Pac are putting their unspoken hopes on Algieri. Call him The Alamo or the last bastion of faith, beating Pac with a pure boxer,'s skills is the closest thing they'll get to Floyd beating Pacquiao. This is why they put Algieri down because his skills are too close to Floyd's or Ali's.
