If Wilder beats Stiverne he would make a believer out of me. So far Wilder has fought nobody near as good as Stiverne.

Stiverne is usually a slow starter. He takes a few rounds to get warmed up and adjusted into his rhythm. He uses rounds 1 and 2 to cover up, move, and study his opponent's attacks. He doesn't throw much leather until rounds 3 or 4.

Wilder is the exact opposite, he is a fast starter. He gets into range and fires early, making his opponents uncomfortable. Typically he has already thrown his first flurry of punches and landed something hard before the bell sounds for the second round.

As others already pointed out, the beginning of this fight is everything.

If Wilder seriously hurts Stiverne in the first couple rounds, it could disrupt Stiverne's plans and cause him to become gun shy and over-defensive. If he hesitates too much, he will allow the more active Wilder to take over the fight and will get pummeled into submission. Wilder KO/ TKO rds. 3 - 6.

If Stiverne blocks/ dodges Wilder successfully in the first couple rounds, he will gain confidence and start turning up the heat by rounds 3 - 4. Then Wilder's chin will be put to the test. If Wilder can't land cleanly enough on Stiverne and gets countered like Arreola did: Stiverne KO/ TKO rds. 4 - 8.
