Comments Thread For: Pacquiao Adviser: I'm Confident Algieri is Getting KO'd!

The adviser of WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, Michael Koncz, is confident his client will stop undefeated Chris Algieri (20-0, 8KOs) on Saturday night at the Cotai Arena in the Venetian in Macau, China. They are squaring off at a catch-weight of 144-pounds. Koncz is expecting Pacquiao (56-5-2, 38KOs) to secure his first knockout victory since 2009, when the Filipino star stopped Miguel Cotto in the twelfth round of their welterweight battle.

What Michael Koncz was thinking but failed to mention was "I don't really care one way or the other because, either way, I am going to collect my 10 percent of his $7 million purse for serving as Bob Arum's errand boy and keep Pacquaio in line."

Chris Algieri can have all the fancy University degrees and edumacate his American a$$ all he wants, but at the end of the day, he will always have a boss

i wouldn't say that, algieri is talented, and manny hasn't had a legit KO in years

but I fully expect Manny to dominate Chris

people act like Algieri is a "master boxer", hell no he isn't. he's a boxer with slow ****ing feet, yes I said it, slow feet

people see him backpedaling when he gets on the ropes, but his footwork when he's in the center of the ring is not special at all, manny has much faster feet and better lateral movement and will be able to find the target much more easily than Chris
