Means he's a middling fighter whose best performance came in a loss and boasts a win over the great Mike Alvarado.

Hell no! He's the greatest light heavyweight ever and him and Holyfield are the greatest cruiserweights of all time! In my opinion he would even beat him if Evander wasn't juiced up, however he gave him the hardest fight in his life. While at light hw and cruiser, he said he would never move up to heavyweights, but later he did it for money, plus he was completely out of shape for the Foreman fight. And let's keep in mind he's 1m 65cm, that means he's two inches shorter than PACQUIAO but competing at these weightclasses! Going even up to +200 lbs! He was built like a tank.

Well I want to correct myself and say there is only Archie Moore who may be greater than Qawi at light heavies.

roach's words can't make this fight any more worse than it is......he might as well tell the truth.

You don't need power to stop someone, you need accuracy and stamina. A KO really does not take that much force if it lands on the button. Algieri's style uses his punches more to push people off and snap their head back once in a while and score points, he doesn't seem to take the risk of aiming for a KO, but it doesn't mean it can't happen.

                Still picking Pac.

Algeria has all the tools to win this fight

                    1. Height
                    2. Reach
                    3. Jab
                    4. Youth
                    5. Very durable
                    6. Ability to remain calm under pressure

I see Algeria pulling off the upset although I am pulling for Pacquiao.

 yeah...but hes fighting Manny Pacquiao. Unless hes allowed to bring in a bat to the ring as a tool...no tool he has is gonna matter!
