I suspect Pulev hits harder than Lyle, a good bit harder, and Lyle had Foreman on the floor. That's my only point. And you look at the way Pulev finished Dimitrenko and Ustinov, I'm not convinced Lyle stops these two guys. He would outbox them, but stopping them I doubt it.

Then you are freakin delusional mate. Lyle was a really good fighter, and hit much harder than Pulev. He also had excellent head and footmovement and threw every punch in the book, threw combinations, had a good chin etc.

There's no comparison between Poolev and Lyle and you clearly haven't watched Lyle fight.

Young Tyson would have a good chance because of the explosiveness, but I suspect he's be badly knocked out just like Pulev tonight, certainly any version post 1988 is KO'd. And we saw vs Smith that he can be tied up pretty easily. Wlad would tie him up, outbox and punish him.

How many opponents did Lyle fight that were genuine big men weighing well past that 210/220lbs mark?
Pulev has fought much bigger and stronger men and he never fought anyone quite as strong as Wladimir.

I said he was a good boxer, maybe a top fifteen hw in the 70's, but a lot smaller than Pulev, 20-25 lbs smaller. Very much doubt he hit as hard. Watched several of his fights, vs Bugner, Quarry, Foreman, Ali. He wasn't a big puncher and any claim he was is BS. His record was not one of a big puncher, but he put down Foreman who some **** is claiming would be a Wlad eater. no he isn't.
