Why are you defending Chris Algeri? I'm not trying to bring down Manny, i'm pointing out that Algeri does not deserve the honor of this fight. I don't know why we are even arguing about this?

im not defending anyone. u said chris has less ko's than manny so this fight is not fair so im pointing out to u that floyd also have less ko's compare to manny. LOL!

You're comparison of Algeri to those fighters is way off-base. Maidana was 33-3 with 31 KOs, and was the WBA WW Champ. Algeri is 20-0 with 8 KOs, and is the WBO Jr. WW Champ. Maidana was coming off 4 WW fights with 3 KOs out 4. Algeri survived one fight with Ruslan, and has never fought at WW, much less a WW title holder. You see where i'm going with this? LOL!

I don't know what that means? Manny weighs-in 144, Algeri was weighing in below or at 140. Algeri may be taller, but that means nothing. Manny has 38 KOs, Algeri has 8. Manny has 56 fights, Algeri has 20. Manny has been fighting top fighters since 2003, Algeri survived one fight with Ruslan in 2014. This is a mis-match, pure and simple.

I didn't hear anyone saying Maidana is the bigger man, or Canelo is the bigger man, because it doesn't mean much. Tyson was hardly ever the bigger man, neither was Joe Frazier. However if you were 6'3", in your 1st fight at heavyweight, and you were facing Tyson or Frazier, you would be afraid...very afraid! Why? Because they made a living of destoying taller fighters, just like Manny has.
