WBA 'regular' junior welterweight champion Jessie Vargas is shredded for his upcoming title defense against former WBC lightweight king Antonio DeMarco. The fight takes place on the Manny Pacquiao-Chris Algieri HBO Pay-Per-View undercard on November 22nd from Macau, China. Vargas is currently being trained by former four division world champion Roy Jones Jr., and his strength and conditioning coach is Angel "Memo" Heredia. DeMarco is trained by Freddie Roach. Memo, who at times is the center of controversy, helped reinvent the body of Juan Manuel Marquez for his last two fights with Roach's prized pupil, Manny Pacquiao.
