I've always believed Wlad was juiced.

The guy is an absolute monster, even now approaching 40. He has also threatened to cancel fights in the past if the drug testing demands weren't dropped...it's been a shady area for some time.

And when was this Clowny McClownface? Povetkin demanded them back in 2010 when he was with Atlas Klitschko agreed and Povetkin held a damn press conference to pull out of the fight and drop his mandatory status.

Only time testing was an issue was before the recent fight against Povetkin and it was because he didn't want RUSADA who was currently involved in a scandal handling their tests.
