Amir Khan admits his December 13 fight against Devon Alexander is make or break as he chases a clash with Floyd Mayweather next year.
The two welterweights will battle it out for the WBC silver title in Las Vegas, but for 27-year-old Khan in particular there is the prospect of a big-money blockbuster against pound-for-pound king Mayweather in the offing should he win.
If the fight is made and speculation suggests that it will be, then there has been talk of it being in the UK and that would certainly rival the Carl Froch v George Groves encounter at Wembley last summer.
