Well - that's pretty ingenious. It's public knowledge that his brothers' political party has been using murderous armed nationalist / ******* groups to maintain and extend their control over Ukraine.

Organised crime syndicates? - they have 'relationships' with what amounts to virtually an army. And that's without bringing the actual Ukrainian army and security services into the equation.

However. I doubt anyone gives much of a **** about Shannon Briggs when there's a major and resource rich country of 60 odd million people with it's future in the balance.

If you actually believe Briggs' antics are gonna provoke a 'hit' or some kinda violent retribution I have to admit to being rather jealous of your vivid imagination, however.

If nothing else it'd be bad PR.
