the winner of the Stevenson/Pascal fight in early Spring 2015. If he were to get that fight, he'd probably have to wait till August/September 2015.

Deal with due IBF mandatory defense against Nadjib Mohammedi, and then hope that Duva can hustle up a deal that makes sense.

I don't see anybody beating Kovalev at light heavy weight . All my points against anyone he fights . Any takers ???

I wish it would be Adonis so Kovalev could just get rid of him and win the 4th belt.... but we all know that's not happening.

Hopefully Kovalev-Pascal happens next and Kovalev-Adonis next year if HBO is willing to throw him one more career pay day and they stop ducking
Pascal left GYM and is now with their rival Interbox because of the favoritism they had towards Stevenson. He's the WBC mandatory and Pascal says they haven't been willing to make the fight but it has to happen eventually with his mandatory status.

I'll leave that to the GGG and Kovalev fans who complain when other fighters make similar statements.
There's a difference between using the money excuse to avoid tough fights versus wanting to get paid what you're worth especially when you've been taking short money because no one wants to fight you and didn't get paid at all for your first 18 fights.

He isn't going to be pricing himself out of fights and avoiding unifications because of it and if he does i'll be the first person criticizing him.

Right but when it's Al Haymon, you still blame the fighter.

Cry? Mate, my standards are the same whether its Froch, GGG, Kovalev or whoever. Fighters should get the best available deal to them.

I'm not the one who has to desperately scramble and backtrack on previous statements.

Kovalev should be paid more than some clown like Broner. He should be paid no less that 10 million a fight

Please don't use the word desperate unless you're referring to yourself. If you weren't so desperate you wouldn't still be hung up on the Froch deal.

She should come off that high she's on. Kovalev beats a 49 year old man and he is now the second coming? First off Taylor and Dawson beat much better versions of Hopkins.

Stevenson still commands bigger audiences and has the more valuable scalps on his resume. Every major win of Stevenson came from a top ten light heavy. How many does kovalev have?

Pascal Stevenson is the next big fight, more than likely kovalev I will fight that other Russian guy and lose then he will be the next hype monster.

These media hypefest needs to stop.
