Here's my take. You can place blame on whoever you want, but I feel that Pacquiao really wants to fight, and I question if Floyd has ever been serious about fighting Pacquiao. I just don't think he has ever wanted it.

I believe what Pac says is true, I think he does want the fight, I also believe if Arum wasn't Pac's promoter, Floyd would have agreed to the fight also.

Manny may want the fight, but I'm not sure Arum is ready to allow his cash cow to do so.

ask yourself which fighter is undefeated and the most to lose. Pac has always said that "if you are afraid to loose you shouldn't fight". The majority of people claim that floyd would be favored in a fight against pac. Pac has nothing to loose. So if he does lose it won't be the first time. People need to stop fooling themselves claiming pac or arum don't want this fight. All roads lead to mayweather and so are the roadblocks.
