People don't realize how massive modern HWs are until they see them next to a normal "big" guy like Froch and he looks like an 11 year old boy. It puts the way division has evolved into perspective.

There was a time not so long ago when a guy Froch's size plus 15 pounds of chub was a "big strong heavyweight".

i always appreciate a hot take, but this will never happen. not at 38, and with wladimir's current physical toolbox.

wladimir has definitely declined, but not enough to lose to a boxer like pulev. pulev's style plays right into wladimir's physical advantages. wladimir is still faster, much longer, and has the harder jab. pulev is more of a point getter with his jab. klitschko breaks you down and gets you to give up on winning.

On paper you look right, no doubt. But Wladimir has twice in his career blown a fuse (I won't count the Sanders fight since it was a cold KO). So we know that he is vulnerable. With a combination of age and a better opponent, I'm playing a hunch that he is due to throw in another clinker. Of course Klitschko deserves to be a solid favorite. But you won't ever cash in big betting on favorites.

pulev's another modest european talent. expect him to try and box with klitschko, and lose. he'll tire, and get stopped. either that, or he'll shell up, and the fight will be hellishly boring.

Froch looks like he's fashioned his chest hair into such a way that it gives the appearance of a righteous 6 pack

Get ready to watch Wlad being bullied for the first time in his career. He doesn't have the power, the speed, the technical versatility, the stamina to match the Cobra. Nor does he have the guts for it. He won't even go the distance: TKO/KO in one of the last three rounds.
