Arum I believe would be the hold up along with Mayweather wanting the bulk of ppv backend. Have Pac and Floyd fit the bill for the undercard and truly co promote using both networks and all promoters with Mayweather Promotions head along with Top Rank. If only Bob would lease his fighters. HBO and Showtime could make this happen. The timing is right and the money would be there.
