Broner said he could make 135 still after he moved to WW although that was clearly BS. Don't take a fighters word for everything - you'll see....

The main point here is you discredit Peterson & Garcia as Khan opponents because they fight out of the Light Welter division. Now that is some ****** ****.

And these two guys have W's over Khan...

Hows that for some logic? Quit your biased bs. Nothing productive to say then say nothing.

Listen to yourself. Khan has said he's a 147 fighter - He wants the best at 147. Now since stepping up to 147 he's fought Julio Diaz, Luis Collazo and Devon Alexander - Is scheduled to fight Chris Algieri. Who the hell would want to see him fight Lamont Peterson again over an actual welterweight?

Khan already fought him when he was at his peak.

Garcia would be a good fight, never claimed otherwise. But if you want to be in the WW division, you need to be fighting WWs not LWWs

You can tell he wanted to go on a full blown rant about Brook and the "UK guys" - does he mean fans? He has really alienated a lot of his fanbase over here and he's clearly not as popular in America as he thinks especially with his opponent choice.

To be honest I think he probably means the whole boxing fraternity. For right or wrong I think he is pretty bitter towards the UK boxing fraternity and maybe the fans as well, I think the abuse him and his family have had to endure at shows and things like that have probably affected him more than he says publicly. You have to sometimes take a step back and think what he has had to go through, couldn't have been easy, I have been to one of his fights and the amount of casual racist talk was embarrassing, I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable to be there, I almost felt like asking some of these people why they were there in the first place. It doesn't just apply to his shows as well, I remember hearing about an amateur show in Liverpool years ago that his little brother was on and he went to support and got abused there, it got out of control. It is kind of rough, especially considering he is a genuinely nice kid, a bit thick...definitely, says the wrong things sometimes....definitely, a bit annoying...I would say yes, but he is hardly a personality like Naz, Eubank, or even Calzaghe.

He may not always help himself, and people can say that these were isolated incidents, and there are way more people that support him over here than hate on him, which is the truth. But stuff like the above stays with you. I don't think he would ever turn his back on the UK anyway, or talk bad about the country. I just don't think he needs to fight over here, the paydays aren't any bigger. HBO and Showtime can throw more money even at average shows. I remember Ricky Hatton eluded to this in his book. I think he will fight Brook but when he gets an ok from Virgil Hunter and Al Haymon, who think will match him better than Golden Boy did. Hopefully neither guy picks up an L in the meantime, I think the fight will be even bigger next year.

If Froch was to fight Chavez jr it would still be a better fight than Khan-Algieri.
