Scores were 80-72 across the board in favor of Solomon (24-0, 9KOs), who continues to nibble around the ages in the most lucrative division in the sport.
Egor Mekhontsev has yet to see the 4th round of a pro fight, a streak that continued in his undercard appearance in Texas. The 2012 Olympic Gold medalist from Russia scored his 6th knockout in as many fights, stopping Jinner Guerrero (7-3, 6KOs) inside of two rounds.
