I've got tons of respect for B-Hop. His lifestyle is an example for all 40+ people on how to live a long and healthy life. But I'm sorry, his style is AWFUL to watch now! It's worse than it was 10 years ago. That one-punch & grapple, cagey, mongoose style undermines the sport. I cannot root for that and I don't care if it's effective enough to win rounds. He cheats the fans out of good fights!
