The pound for pound list is for fighters who get tested by WADA approved agencies. Anyone who doesn't at least suspect that there's something fishy about a 50 year old man having so much success in such a demanding sport like boxing is delusional.

He should be the most scrutinized since he's an ex-con and the most notorious dirty fighter ever. But, to me, he's winning because of the style matchups and sub-par opposition. Mu****, Shumenov are the same type of fighters he was making his Middleweight defenses against. Just Mediocre or one-dimensional.
