Tarver stamina is not that good, he gets tired late in many of his fights & we all know you don't want to be tired late in the fight against Hopkins.

I favor Hopkins by a little, but I aslo wont be surprised if Tarver wins. But I don't see Tarver knocking Hopkins out, if anyone gets knocked out, it will be Tarver.
I agree, but to tell you the truth i think the extra 15 pounds will give him an edge power

      Where is the Draw option?

because that's what it will be. A snoozefest full of head feints and ridiculous trash. I actually wouldn't watch that fight if it was in my backyard.

It probably will be a snoozefest, but I will still watch this fight.

It definitely is a tough fight to predict, with the older Hopkins putting on a few pounds which may actually benefit him at this stage of his career, and with Tarver who has to be cut to make weight here, the weight issue I see benifiting Hopkins. Age may not necessarily translate into stamina but you gotta give the edge there to Tarver as long as he doesn't lose too much "ZIP" in getting ready for this fight. BHOP has never been a devestating puncher at middleweight but he may pack more "POW" in his punches with the weight gain, and how will Tarver physically adjust to trimmin' down where power is involved, close call there as well. The idea of Tarver being a South Paw could backfire if BHOP can get his straight right hand goin' and every one know what Tarvers left hand did to Roy; to be honest this could actually turn out to be a very competitive and maybe even exciting fight as you can see it's a pretty balanced match-up. Lets just hope it doesn't turn into another Donovan Bailey, Michael Johnson 150m fiasco...

B-Hop in a somewhat easy fight.Remember Tarver is in Hollywood plus gained a few pounds.Do you think his mind is really on Hopkins or being Mason Dixon.Hopkins is a winner and will want to go out on top.

Hopkins wins a decision, Tarver tires late and I'm sure that cutting weight will be a big problem for him at this stage of his career. Hopkins hasn't really lost anything despite his age, and remember Tarver is like 37 himself so he's not exactly a young guy. I think Hopkins wins and I agree it will be dull.

                    tarver ud
it will be very boring, and barley any actions, ans hopkins is tenative and tarver waits for a spot to counter. tarver is bigger and stronger and has a good chin, and i think he will win this fight by dictating the pace of the fight and controlling the ring and countering effectivily

Hopkins is a winner and Im sure he wants to go out on top but is he willing to do what it takes to go out on top?

Hopkins has basically refused to let his hands go in his last three fights and has lost 2 out of the 3 because of it...I cant imagine the gun shy Hopkins is all of a sudden going to change his ways against Toney T.

Hopkins showed me how badly he wants to win in his last two fights...he may want to think about dumping the nickname executioner...at least when he fights true blue middlweights...its false advertising.

The $50 stare fest...cant ****ing wait!
