One thing for sure... It has build up power. It's even being captured by the casual fan. I would be totally against it being that Briggs needs to earn the shot. Lol. Then I looked at Walds last 4 and see they didn't earn it either. At least it's has interest and spark.

Everyone in the Heavyweight division is a tomato can except Wlad. But Wlad is the most boring fighter I have ever seen. I actually puked while watching Klitschko vs Povetkin. No one has earned a shot at Wlad, so he just ends up fighting his mandatory tomato cans so he can keep his belts.
