Didn't read your whole post, sorry.

To be honest I really don't know. There isn't many options for Floyd IMO. The only person he should fight is Pac. IMO.

If he's gonna fight a brawler I would rather him fight Ruslan over Garcia. Ruslan has showed he's a problem for any "boxer." Although none of them are on the level of Floyd, obviously.

The only options Floyd has at welterweight are khan, brook, and Alexander. He's either beat the other guys in the top ten or won't fight them because of arum. So really, why not fighter Garcia, other than moving up, he's running out if options.

what a horrible fight. people complain about floyd fighting plodders, but this guy might have wider feet than broner. he doesnt even look when he throws, he probably wont even see floyd the whole 12 rounds his eyes will be closed the whole time.

ull see how slow gift really is when he has to put on that extra weight.

he should fight maidana and get his ass mollywhopped

Exactly, although Arum is just a lousy excuse not to fight Manny anyway.
Brook is not getting the fight and neither is Devon regardless if he beats Khan or not. Nobody will buy that fight so he won't bother. If Khan loses, Floyd has 0 options other then Thurman really.

I think he would fight Cotto if that happens.

I think he would want to fight Cotto for sure but does Cotto make more fighting Canelo in what may be a more winnable fight? Although now, with Roach, Cotto may see Floyd as vulnerable and want to try again and take that zero which would make him infamous...

Also, we don't know what Haymon's plan is for 2015. Floyd-Alexander would not sell on PPV...but that fight could be turned into a success if it was on regular TV using one of those dates Haymon Sports has. (Just speculating)
