    UIC Pavilion, Chicago - Undefeated WBO bantamweight champion Tomoki Kameda of Japan controlled the first eight rounds, then tired, as mandatory challenger Alejandro Hernandez of Mexico had a 64-55 edge in power shots landed over the last four rounds. The selective Kameda landed nearly half his power punches in the fight. The judge had it a twelve round split decision victory in favor of Kameda.

      I really didn't see anything special from this dude Saturday night. Lucky for him that division is looking a little weak right now. He scrapped by a guy with 10 losses and his face was a mess at the end of the fight.
