Who can bring Heavyweight division back to the mainstream?

This is not an attack on Klitschko I think he's been a great champion but since him and his brother took over, HW boxing has no longer been mainstream.

I miss the days when everyone knew who the world HW champion was, the days you'd walk down the street and people would be talkiking about the upcoming HW fight. Men and women of all ages would would gather round to discuss the heavyweight division.

The days of Tyson, Holyfield and Lennox. The general public miss those days, no matter who you were or where you came from you'd have your favorite HW. Those days now seem long gone.

Which up n coming fighter of the new crop do you think could bring those days back?

The moment a Westerner takes over HW boxing again, like Joshua, Wilder, Stiverne etc etc etc...

HW Boxing will be immediately restored in the US/UK.

Globally, HW boxing is exactly the same as in those days and in continental Europe, this is the Golden Era.

In the mid to late 80s the whole world knew the world champion was Mike Tyson.
In the 90's most people knew who Bowe, Holyfield and Lennox were and their fights were huge events.

These days outside of boxing too many people don't know who Klitschko is for my liking and his fights are not events. We need a new champion.

Deontay Wilder but he needs to brutally KO Wlad if he wants that mainstream fame like Tyson. He has the power to do it I think. I mean he caught Zelenoff flush and Zelenoff got up smiling and still talking ****. Then his KO of Scott looked kinda suspect.

HW needs rivalries. It needs 50/50 fights between the top 2/3 fighters on a consistent basis. It needs guys who stay in shape and are ready to go 12 hard rounds.

Joshua, Wilder, Parker, Jennings are my favourite HW prospects. Tyson Fury needs to prove he can stay in shape for a while but he could be up there and he always brings entertainment.
