That is the thing. What priniciples?

He wanted to retire instead of taking the money? No.
He wanted to fight for a title instead of taking the fight? No. Now Manny has a title so we know that was a lie.

    Marquez's principles:
    - 0-2-1 : I know that I have not won a fight yet but I want to fight Manny for a 4th fight.

    - 1-2-1 : I finally won. I want to keep this feeling because I may never win again. So no way do I want to fight Manny again.

Pretty true. I had the feeling though that Marquez was going to pull that off if he beat Pac on the scorecards.

There's a big difference...Hatton was overwhelmed, dominated and clearly outmatched even before the final KO.

With Pac and Marquez, the final fight was actually a seemingly imminent win (perhaps one can say that a TKO or a KO is about to happen to Marquez) with the founds preceding the KO (lighting caught in a bottle).

All credits were given to Marquez - it was one for the ages, but the fight was again not clearly a one-sided fight BEFORE that KO. Thus there are lingering questions still unanswered.

So the usage of HATTON as your example sir, is a poor one.

Pac doesn't need marquez. pac is 2-1-1 vs jmm and a 5th fight is not necessary.

Dont really blame jmm for not feeling like giving pac a rematch...afterall, that really was his ultimate mission of his whole career since 2004.....youve reached the top the top by going through hell and back, why start the same journey....then again, many people still call for a fight coz honestly jmm's victory was a shot in the dark.....real talk......honestly, i lost interest coz pac wont get much credit if he win (and theres a good chance he'll again)altho he looks more past it than jmm....

No, I am not joking. Pacquiao's desire to fight him is still there while warranted. I am not talking about the crowd.

Just STFU and say that you're scared to fight him.

Memo gave you power-piss to drink and that's the only reason you won that fight.
