    that said, if you are the LHW champion of the world, it is your responsibility to make sure you can fight at 175 lbs.


    poopkins would have won that fight at heavyweight, of course. tarver is a natural counterpuncher, and hopkins lack of a rhythm was his kryptonite.

    hopkins is a great, great defensive fighter. it's funny, because he was a bit more of a worker, and even a right handed puncher, coming up at MW and early in his reign.
