Based on WHAT? You can't just shoot your mouth on a topic like that with no facts and expect people to listen to you or take you seriously for that matter. Sure light welter will be a challenge for Crawford but he is already on par with most of the fighters there already. If you don't see that, then u need to have your eyes checked. Sure he might not be able to slug it out but certainly we all know he can box. Crawford on his worst night is better than Mike Dallas.
