He's probably already got the referee in his pocket.
Bernard will do something illegal and get away with it, like he always does.Comment

That will make Kovalev angry, he will gyrate like he did against Cleverly before upping the aggression/pressure on Hop.
Should be fascinating.Comment

Hopkins is a dirty fighter. He's admitted to it. It's nothing new. We know what he can do.
The question is what is Kovalev going to do? Is he going to approach him like a 49 year old man and try to KO him in 2 rounds? Or will he be patient in there and concentrate on winning rounds first?Comment

If he gets tapped on the belt line, catches any shot within 6 inches of the back of his head, falls down from some push he will come up with some bull**** injury, you can believe that. His best strategy is to go for an NC or a DQ.Comment

Theres two ways to look at the dirty fighting though, some might say he does whatever it takes to get the win and the win is all that matters but you cant really argue with somebody who says he cant win fighting inside of the rules so he has to cheat to win.
We have all seen Hopkins cheat in one way or another and because its Hopkins its called "tricks or old school fighting" but other guys get labelled cheats for the same things, its nonsense and fan boy stuff really but that's just how it is.
If a baseball player corks his bat or a hockey or football player is known for dirty hits they are all considered dirty players not brilliant masters of trickery and praised for it and boxing should be no different, a cheat is a cheat.Comment
