Floyd flawed on this one. If you a boss, you take that position, good and the bad. If he did something to be released from his contract (which sounds like it was a gentleman's agreement which make this situation even worse) then he should've known about it waaay before his release. Also unless Jay Leon is an executive at the company, whom Floyd uses as a congsilierie (forgive the spelling), then he should've not been aware of this situation before Luis.
