Liakhovich shouldn't be fighting anymore, he's been KOed too many times.

Bob Arum is unethical to choose Lyakhovich. Ruiz knocking him out at this point proves nothing.

I think this fight is Mexico's revenge for Provodnikov-Castillo (Belarus is old school Russia...)

They just need to keep Ruiz physically moving so that he doesn't grow any bigger. For what it's worth, if I could make fights happen right now, I'd pick Ruiz to beat Wilder & Fury.
