Unbeaten featherweight Joet Gonzalez is cleared to once again resume his career. The California-based prospect saw his temporary suspension removed by the Nevada State Athletic Commission during their monthly agenda hearing Monday morning in Las Vegas.
Gonzalez was issued a temporary suspension during the commission's agenda hearing in August, due to a positive test result following his July win over David Clark, scoring a 2nd round knockout. The win came on the undercard of Alfonso Gomez' 10-round win over Ed Paredes, on a show that aired live on Fox Sports 1 during Fight Week for Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez' eventual split decision win over Erislandy Lara.
