The holder of the IBF belt should face Floyd - it makes adds a bit more to any credibility for the fight.

I am not sure if Devon has been calling out Floyd, but Khan does it non stop.

Khan only has one win at 147 so I believe he should get a belt to legitimize his claim. At least Devon has a few more wins at 147 already.
