No, I don't think Wlad will give him a shot unless he's earned a mandatory shot or has a high ranking. And I agree with this stance.

I love Shannon Briggs, I think he's great - but, he needs to earn a title shot. Fighting stiffs like **** Carmack is not sufficient to earn a title shot. Fight someone in the top 25 and then come talking
