Comments Thread For: Eubank: Even With an Injury, I'd Still Beat Saunders

At the Echo Arena in Liverpool, Chris Eubank Jr warmed up for next month's domestic showdown with Billy Joe Saunders by claiming a quickfire victory over unheralded German Omar Siala.

Despite the biggest test of his fledgling professional career just five weeks away, the unbeaten Eubank Jr opted to take a tune-up and it paid dividends as he claimed his 18th straight victory in the paid ranks.

Chris Eubank is one of the greatest personalities in boxing history as well as one of the greatest SMW ever. It's looking more and more like his son is taking full command of the Eubank name and carrying all that flair, charisma and ring supremacy into the next generation. Hope he beats Saunders and snatches a world title in 2015.

Boxrec originally said an 18-3 guy. CE in for a shock when he fights Saunders IMO.

I think he will spank Saunders, I admit his sheer arrogance makes him an unlikeable character but you simply cannot discredit his ability and skills.

He will become an all time british great no doubt.
