Former two division world champion Timothy Bradley (31-1, 12KOs) is training hard in camp for his scheduled fight with Diego Chaves (23-2, 19KOs) on December 13th at the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Before the Chaves fight was finalized, Bradley's name was being mentioned as a potential opponent for WBC middleweight champion Miguel Cotto (39-4, 32KOs). A catch-weight of 154.5/155 was likely, according to their mutual promoter Bob Arum of Top Rank.

I think there are more attractive fights out there for both fighters.

The only person who wants this fight is Arum.

Tim walks around at 175. This is a great fight and there's nothing wrong with this fight.

Arum is a promoter. It's his job to make fights. You really think TB doesn't have anything to with making this fight happen? The will NEVER make more money than a promoter. Arum been making fights happen for decades.

Cotto is a pretty smart fighter tho,I agree with Bradley about speed..In order for Bradley to win(at such a high weight)he's going to have to fight a real complete fight..Footwork head movement and how he handles Cotto's power will all be key in this fight..

Problem is he didn't carry any power up to welterweight, and imagine how feather-fisted he'd be above 147. Unless he plays keep away all night, he's not going to have anything on his shots to make Cotto respect him. Bradley should be thinking about Keith Thurman or Kell Brook, people in his own weight class that could make for good fights.

Great fight but Tim speed won't be a factor cotto cuts the ring goes to the body excellent jab and too much power

Tim Bradley should get the "loser" of the Cotto vs. Canelo fight, not the winner. It's not like beating Chaves gives Bradley a title. Now if Bradley beats GGG or Andrade vs. Charlo winner in spring 2015, then he should get the winner.
