I'm starting to notice the bold, I think it worked very well against Provodnikov since Ruslan doesn't counter very well but against Pacquiao, your not suppose to leave your jab hanging out there. The best jab against Pacquiao is a singular jab, not that tap, tap kind of jab that can get you killed against Manny.

Also I've been saying for a while now, while the straight right hand is a good weapon against Pacquiao, Algieri's straight right hand is too telegraphed.

I still think it's a pretty good fight, just not PPV worthy.

Algieri and maidana sparred plenty of times before and it was reported algieri outboxed him every time. There is a short YouTube clip of one of their sparring sessions to back this up.
