Fresno - "Freddie Roach shortened my big punches and sharpened my attack," USA Olympian Jose Ramirez told reporters at a press conference here today. Ramirez, 11-0, 8 KOs, of Avenal, Ca., is taking on David Rodela, 17-9-4, 7 KOs, of Oxnard, Ca. in the main event 'Fight For the Water 3' at the Selland Arena.

"Rodela has been in some big fights," Ramirez said. "I know what to expect when we get inside the ring."
