I just watched the No Fear, Manny Pacquiao story DVD today, and man, he was an insane slugger back when he was younger. It's like watching two totally different persons of his nowaday form. I would have loved to see Manny fight Erik. The heart and determination he brought into every fight was exactly that of Morales. He had two knockout setbacks, though came back immediately after each and instead of being gunshy, he was bombing nonstop once again. I can't imagine how amazing them two would have been.

If they had met at 122 I'll pick Erik to win.

There's no question on Pacquiao's warrior spirit, his fighting heart and everything, my point is Pacquiao is a very raw fighter at 122.

I agree...PAC was what most of you call one-dimensional then.Relying mostly on his power to dismantle opponents.Erik was a terrific boxer, but the question is, would he box when he gets hit with a PAC left hand?I highly doubt it.He was undefeated as a superbantamweight and he has an incomparable machismo level so I would presume he would brawl with PAC all the way...Boy, what a fight that would have been! ;p
