The promotion companies have more to do with fighters not meeting in the ring than people realize. Al Haymen can only do so much, but when you have Top Rank and GB fighters in the mix, odds are they are not going to meet in the ring.

2 days after he said this berto kos Hernandez in one round. Now we know PAC woulda beat him but a duck is a duck. Instead he fought Mosley after winning 2 rounds vs Floyd and a draw vs mora

These Pacquiao haters pick the ******est things to hate on Pacquiao for.
Might as well say he left the 135 division to avoid Juan Diaz.

                You're a joke.

No joke, Pac ****ed up badly, really, really badly, when he fought Mosley instead of Berto. If he fights Berto, Ortiz doesn't. Neither guy is an option for Mayweather for September. Mayweather was playing the vacation card at that time, and either would have had to keep playing the vacation card or sit down to make the Pac fight.

Pac gave him an out when he didn't fight Berto.

I wonder why Pac ducked such an easy fight.
Most likely the speed and explosiveness berto brought to the table worried them a bit, i know that was a fight i wanted to see while berto and pac were champions at the same time....to me they were the consensus 2 and 3 in the division at that time..
