Fury isn't even that far ahead of Joshua in terms of progression, he's just had a lot more fights to get there. It'll be very interesting to see who Fury fights after Chisora and I suspect it isn't going to be a top opponent.

Chisora ain't washed up either, this is the best he's ever been. He'd be a great test for Joshua too.
What makes you think that Chisora is the best he has ever been? Why, because he beat Kevin "I am Just Here for the Paycheck" Johnson? But please don't get me wrong because I hope that Chisora knocks the snot out of Fury. And I will roll on the floor in mad laughter if he pulls it off. Which I believe Chisora has a good chance to do. That is if he doesn't come into the fight impersonating a fat cow once again. In the end you are actually helping to make my point. So, thank you!

I meant more so his physical shape compared to his first fight with Fury and his performances since. What point were you making? That Fury isn't that good? I agree. He's fought nothing but gatekeepers. He's marginally ahead of Joshua in progression and has spent the past several fights going sideways.

I think Fury beats Chisora on points.

Fury has every right to call Joshua out after the bull**** that was coming out of his promoters mouth last weekend.
Hearn's a promoter, it's his job to talk bull**** and drum up interest for future fights. It's Fury's job to become the best boxer he can be, but instead he's content with calling out novices rather than going after better opposition that would test him properly. He talks the talk, but after 22 fights he ain't very impressive. If he doesn't come unstuck, Joshua will be fighting much better opponents by the time he reaches the same fight count. Fury is a pu55y.

We happen to agree on Fury. I believe that his mouth is way ahead of his actual accomplishments or even his skills. And for what ever reason his fans seem to turn a blind eye to what I believe to be oh so obvious.

Fury, 22-0 (16), was hit with a £15,000 fine in July after one verbal outburst too many prompted the BBBoC to take action against the undefeated contender and he has been fairly quiet in recent months.

Fury, though, has taken to the social media site again, vowing to take care of Chisora, 20-4 (13), before moving straight into a December date with Joshua following Eddie Hearn’s claim that the Londoner would “Destroy” Fury if they met. ‘I challenge @anthonyfjoshua @EddieHearn to fight in December after I smash chisora,’ he Tweeted. ‘If u don't want to fight say sorry for mentioning me!?’ [Click Here To Read More]
Anytime this clown sees someone getting more attention that him, he starts actiing like a childish fool. This is the same nitwit who refused to fight a few months ago because his trainer was sick. Now, he wants to call out another fighter simply because that fight is getting more publicity than him. He needs to get through Chisora (that is if his trainer doesn't get sick) before he starts running his mouth about anybody.

I am not a huge fan of Fury, but he is far more talented than Joshua.

Joshua's strength is his athleticism - he has not been chin checked, or had to fight more than a couple of easy rounds against journeymen.

I actually think that Joshua VS Price would be a decent fight now.
The man only has nine fights. He needs at least 15 against progressively better opposition to establish his style and develop into a top caliber fighter. At fight number 16, he should be fighting top 10 caliber fighters. Tyson Fury has 22 fights and has not fought top 10 caliber fighters.

Fury is a top 10 caliber fighter, but that is by default only. The heavyweight division is very weak, so a fighter who would only make the top 30 (Fury) twenty years ago is considered championship caliber material today.

It was actually his uncle who was sick which was the reason he pulled out of that fight, the same uncle who has since died.

Or is a uncle being on his deathbed not a good enough reason to pull out of a fight for a internet warrior like yourself? Let me guess you'd battle on wouldn't you?

he had a close family member on his death bed. I dont fault him for putting family first. its he who's been dic*ed arounnd by haye and chisora pulling out on him. as much as I cant stand fury I cant help but feel a bit bad for him. hes going to have to knock off alot of rust

And the reason he's even mentioning Joshua's name in the first place is because Joshua's promoter mentioned Fury's name after the Bakhtov fight, not because of attention or publicity or anything else.

But hey, don't let a few facts get in the way of you being an absolute ****tard.

Or it could be that Fury is a self-promotional, diva, media whhore that would rather talk about how great he is rather than prove himself. Talk is cheap... 22 fights without a top level opponent speaks louder than anything Fury has to say.
