    What next for Porter?

I'm guessing he'll be back early next year. A lot of reactionary/fickle people are unfairly writing him off after his loss to Brook, I still think he gives anyone at 147 a tough fight. Guy's a tank.

I'd like to see him fight Roberto Garcia or if Guerrero decides to grow some balls, he'd be a decent opponent.

Agree Porter beats him. Maidana would probably threaten to retire again if they tried to make that fight.

I'd love a Porter vs Guerrero fight. Porter's loss to Brook is being blown way out of proportion. When you fight other good fighters, you will lose eventually. Porter just has to go back to the drawing board and figure out how he can adjust

Exactly. It was a close fight and Brook proved to be better than most people thought, including myself. Now people are saying Porter has been 'exposed' etc. It's so ******ed.

I wanna see that fight for sure but it's too big an ask as a comeback fight. He needs to get a couple of wins to build up some momentum!

Yeah, it was a very close, but decisive win for Brook. Porter didn't exposed, he lost to a good fighter. People used "exposed" wayyyy too loosely on this board

I think Porters demolition of Malignaggi led people including me to believe he is unstoppable. Unfortunately we were fooled and he has average power at most.

I still think he can hold his own against any 147lbr however if he was unable to hurt Brook which even that dude Senchenko did then he is abit goosed out imo.

Needs to time people rather than jump in with his wild Tyson like lunging. Your not Tyson so find a different plan that works.
