Would anyone be interested in a Rubio-Geale Matchup??

I know that Geale is currently lined up to fight Jarrod Fletcher but Geale and Rubio are the last two GGG KO victims. This could be a classic crossroads matchup! Often when you have two fighters in dire need of a decent win at this stage of their careers, they can bring out the best in each other and sometimes you get an all out great fight. At least it could be an interesting matchup, both were overmatched it seems against Golovkin but this would be much more of an even playing field. It seems like both guys are currently a long way off getting another title shot, but this could be help on the road back and may spark some interest within the boxing public...thoughts and possible predictions?

They can call it "quitters." I don't know what to think of this fight because they both looked horrible against ggg. I'd pick Rubio though I think he's better than most second tier guys.

I agree that both fighters seemed to give up against GGG, this is why a fight between them could give them a change to redeem themselves somewhat, providing they come in to the fight with a no quit attitude, due to what happened against Golovkin. They owe that to themselves as fighters.

"Early knockout victim style". Geale would win, but this fight doesn't make too much sense both guys coming off debilitating losses noone's gonna be hyped to see this one

Why not? It's not like they are bad fighters. If they ever fight, I like Geale by clear UD.

Geale would win, hes very underrated imo

I think Geale would beat Cotto

              And Rubio looks too slow

I really see this as a pick em fight which will come down to who wants it more at this stage of their careers.
