Rigo is tiny, but it doesn't even matter. He is THAT good.

He can give up the size and weight to other top fighters and still school them. Walters looks very good, but Rigo is the best fighter on the planet.

Walters could possibly be Rigo's biggest threat in or around his division. Height/Length/Weight advantage and he can crack. Walters didn't look that great against Vic imo, and that was down to the southpaw stance. Rigo is quick as a hiccup, defensively sharp and has some power of his own.
